Consultation
Every job is different, making every consultation different. We listen to your ideas and goals to discover your likes and needs. Our first meeting will establish a foundation for high-quality ideas; ideas develop into the concepts with which we can move forward.
Next, we survey the right path by uncovering the myriad options with the most logistical and aesthetic appeal. These may include:
- Direction of concept
- Color consulting
- Total room designs
- Visual presentations (See below)
- Construction Administration (See below)
We are certainly qualified to “take charge,” but if you prefer to meet more frequently and take a “hands-on” approach, we encourage you to do so. Whatever your level of commitment, everything will go through you for final approval.
Design can be quite flexible. We can adjust your ideas as we go if things in your world change (Example: a child moves out or a parent moves in…). We will give you all the information you need, both pro and con, for you to make confident decisions on all aspects of the work being done.
Visuals Presentation
Drawings can be developed as a visual guide for all parties involved and include:
- Floor plans, elevations, details and millwork where necessary.
- Drawings submitted for the assistance to procure building permits.
Construction Administration
- Construction Administration involves on-site supervision during construction and/or installations. We oversee the various project decisions as they arise.
